Hello Friends!

We are Jeremy & Karla Putts, we founded Carmelita Catering Co. to share our love of amazing food with Northwest Arkansas.  Now, we are blessed to share our gifts with you and your loved ones by serving our own family recipes.

Jeremy and I met on an online dating site on 11/11/11 and we got married 9 months later. I knew I had found someone very special when after winning a game of Loteria (Mexican bingo, in Mexican Bingo we yell out Loteria, which means "I won the lottery!") Jeremy got in one knee and proposed!  A few days later he surprised me again by asking my daddy for my hand in marriage in Spanish! After this, I knew it was game over for me, I had found the one!

After 20 years of service as a US. Marine, Jeremy retired and he founded Devil Dogs BBQ in San Diego, CA. It was during this time, that I saw a passion in him I had never seen before. I saw how his food connected us to our clients in a very special way. He is his passion for sharing his food with others that inspired me to give life to Carmelita.

Now our hope is that our food continues to create beautiful memories for you and your loved ones for many years to come.

With love,

Our love story...

Our Services

It's our belief that we are more than  just putting food on a table and we take pride on providing an amazing catering experience. During the process, we like to get to know our couples and they get to know us. It is very important for us that our clients get a tailored service and that they love our food as well.
