We founded Carmelita Catering Co with the idea of bringing our family's’ best recipes to the forefront of the Northwest Arkansas Mexican food movement. Jeremy and I move to Arkansas in 2019 from California. He has been in the food industry since before 1993, when he joined the Marine Corps. We met in Oceanside, California, shortly before he retired. One day we decided to move to Arkansas to enjoy the outdoors and the slower pace of life, so we packed up our 3 fur babies and sold our Gourmet food truck business and we moved. We lived in an RV for 6 months and in early 2020 we joined Brightwater Culinary School.
We have made wonderful friends along the way that share a passion of food the way we do. Now we have been blessed to be able to count on them not only as friends but as team members
