Our
Story...

Welcome to Carmelita Catering Co., where passion for food and love brought us together. We started our journey in California after Jeremy retired from the Marines. In 2019, we moved to Northwest Arkansas, bringing with us our shared love for delicious, homemade food and the dream of creating unforgettable culinary experiences.

Our story began on 11/11/11 when we met, and shortly after, we tied the knot in our front yard, surrounded by close friends and family. Our wedding was a testament to our love and shared appreciation for good food and great people. The food, especially the salsas and carnitas, left a lasting impression on our guests that, to this day, we still sit and reminisce about the flavors.

Core Values

1

Sustainability

At the heart of our mission lies a commitment to sustainability and supporting our local community. By sourcing products directly from farmers and business owners in our area, we not only ensure the highest quality goods but also contribute to the growth and resilience of our community.

2

Service

At the core of our values is a dedication to providing personable customer service and delivering excellent guest experiences.

We believe in going above and beyond to ensure that every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued, heard, and satisfied.

3

Quality

High-quality food embodies the essence of our mission. This approach prioritizes fresh, natural ingredients over processed or pre-packaged alternatives, resulting in dishes that are richer in flavor. The dedication to authenticity and the emphasis on traditional cooking techniques enhance the taste of the food we serve.
