Requirements
Banquet servers provide food and beverage services at events like weddings, conferences, parties, corporate functions, and other large gatherings. They play a key role in ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Our trained staff will assist with various food-related tasks, including food distribution, table clearing, and rental sanitation.
Responsibilities:
Set up and break down event spaces according to provided instructions.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the event.
Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth execution of events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after events.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry prefered but not required.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must have a uniform consisting of black slacks, a buttoned-up shirt, and black closed-toe shoes. (Carmelita Catering Co. will provide a tie).
